On the site of the original sawmill, No.2 is a 5 bedroom house that sits in the middle of the wood. The aim has been to orientate all the rooms south and westwards to catch the sun and provide connections from all ground floor rooms into the garden and woodland.

The burn runs through the site and after much thought and debate, we have incorporated it into both the garden and the house, through a cantilevered terrace.
